Switch Mobile launched in early 2020, introducing a new concept of telecommunication provider – digital telco – amongst the saturated market of conventional telco providers. As a digital telco, everything has to be done digitally meaning through their own apps in which you can not only purchase anything telco related, but also get rewards, play games, redeem vouchers, etc.

Strategy

We created creative concept called “DWI-gital world”. “Dwi” in Indonesian word mean “two, both”.The whole concept is about bring the digital assets (character, icon, application features, etc) to live in both digital world and also real world..

We prepared the off-to-market strategy and created the plan for Switch Mobile Indonesia.  To encouraged audiences to download the apps at the same time and experience switch with the excitement that it offers.

Starting its first year in digital communications platform, Switch mobile started to deploy its communications through social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube). We also creates, manages and maintains its social media assets from zero.

"Saatnya BERTEMU tanpa BERTAMU" Ramadan campaign

Strategy

Gathering and meeting with loved unfortunately couldn’t be done in person, so we came up with a way to do it virtually. With “Bertamu Tanpa Bertemu” or to meet without actually meeting face to face, Switch Mobile encouraged its audiences embrace the virtual way to celebrate Ramadhan and online “silahturahmi” on Eid al-Fitr, all being supported by Switch.

Result

Switch mobile gained significant followers on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube channel since it first launched the first time on March 2019 along with those who download its apps and switch from their conventional telco to switch.
